Why cant we all just get along,
And stop doing each other wrong?
The answer to this remains a mystery
That has puzzled mankind throughout history.

Why must we keep fighting each other
And shooting and stabbing one another
Why not work to make the world a better place
Instead of judging someone by religion or race?

Let's look at similarities instead of differences
Then we might be able to mend some fences
We all need food and drink and love to survive
These are what makes us all feel alive

We need to see with more than just our eyes
And cut the problems of our world down to size
Why can't we all just get along
And stop doing each other wrong?
