To spare us all our impending loss
Jesus was nailed to and died on The Cross
While dying His thoughts were on you and me
That's why He did what He did at Calvary.

He died for all of the earth's population
Seek His Blood, it's your only salvation.
Never questioning why it had to be this way
What a loving sacrifice He made that day.

It was for us that He suffered and died
He walked on water, He could've turned the tide
Jesus gave His life for forgiveness of our sin
Christ loves us so much He would do it again.

Seek out The Way, The Truth, and The Light
If you trust in Him everything will be alright
As His life-blood spilled from His hands and feet
He longed for the day all of us He would meet.
