Problems all around, you're looking for a way out
Don't hold it in,if you need to, SHOUT
Relationships change, or maybe you have cancer
But this is certain, suicide is not the answer.

You've got to keep searching for a ray of hope
Ask the Lord above to help you to cope
Taking your life won't fix your situation
It will only assure you of eternal damnation.

Talk to someone,family, friend, or a teacher
Or you can get counseling from your preacher
It's a permanent end to a temporary situation
That happens way too much in each generation.

Killing yourself would effect so many others
Imagine suicide's impact on sisters and brothers
Ask the Lord for help from above
If suicide's something you're thinking of.
