Once you decide what you want to do
Success is just a door you must pass through
At first the door will be locked, but you will see
That hard work and dedication will turn the key.

Map out your strategy and make a plan
You will succeed if you believe you can
Each day you should learn something new
Then teach others what was taught to you.

Eliminate weaknesses ,sharpen your strengths
Show that you're willing to go to any lengths
Face your fears, look them straight in the eye
There is no future for the timid and shy.

With each battle won, confidence will grow
Complacency, not failure, is your biggest foe
There is no limit to what you can achieve
But at first, in yourself you must believe.
