Aged by the pain well beyond their years
Trying to be brave,hiding their fears
Lord,send a cure, send us the answer
Before another child is lost to cancer.

All they can do is hang tough and fight
And pray that one day they'll be alright
So open your heart, show them your love
Maybe they'll make it, with help from above

Go and visit them,show them you care
And remember them when it's time for prayer
Give them your support, be a friend
Don't let them give up, don't let it end.

Give them a reason to laugh and smile
An inch of caring stretches many a mile
Lord, send a cure, send us the answer
