PICK YOURSELF UP

Some days have sunshine and others rain
God created pleasure to offset pain
Some days you're happy and others you're sad
Focus on the good, don't dwell on the bad.

If you let it life can beat you down
Pick yourself up, be the toast of the town
Live your life to the fullest extent
Have no regrets when your days are spent.

Whenever things aren't going your way
Just remember, tomorrow's another day
Try to be an example for others to follow
Don't let your life be empty and hollow.

Leave all of the negativity behind
Think what you can do with a positive mind
Life is a roller-coaster of emotion
But you can succeed if you take the notion.
