Life can be over in the blink of an eye
A some point each of us will die
Live today as if there will be no tomorrow
Because laughter can quickly turn to sorrow.

Do whatever you feel you were put here to do
Be someone that people were glad they knew
Don't let your words be left unsaid
One minute you're living, the next you're dead.

Enjoy the time that God has allowed
Be sure to thank Him good and loud
Make sure you've done your preparation
For the trip to your final destination.

One thing that we all should clearly see
Tomorrow is scheduled with no guarantee
The reason that I am making this rhyme
Is to teach you to live one day at a time.
