Needing a haircut, needing a shave
Eating my way to an early grave
I was down, feeling so blue
At times you've felt the same way too.

Don't look for it on your drugstore shelf
The answer lies within yourself
The only way to climb out of this hole
Is to have a thing called self-control.

Picture your ideal self in your mind
Get up, get fit, leave bad habits behind
Staying healthy and fit is a life-long thing
You'll be so proud, you'll shout and sing.

Pat yourself on the back for a job well done
Don't lose track of the fact, you've just begun
Get into the gym, work out with Choice
Then you, like me, will be able to rejoice.
